HOUSE RULES

• No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking (including smell) or drugs inside the home will result in a $1000 fine for the additional cleaning required

• No pets allowed

• No events allowed

• Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8am

• Check-in time is 4pm

• Check-out time is 11am

• Don't break anything or do damage to property

• This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please keep the noise level down. Neighbors WILL call the cops and guests will be responsible for a $2500 fine if the cops are called. We will give one noise warning if needed. If not adhered to there will be a $1000 fine.

• No glassware outside

• No weapons on the premises

• No illegal drugs on the premises

• No parking on the lawn

Cancelation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Guest Requirements

• Guests will be required to submit a copy of their drivers license or other government issued photo ID to verify identity.

• Guest will be required to provide valid phone number and email address to contact in case of an emergency.

• Guests will be required to sign an agreement of occupancy to ensure house rules are kept.

• All damage of property will be charged to the guest.

• By making a reservation, guest agrees to keep all house rules and local laws
