Tiki Hut
The Tiki Hut has been a huge success. It is located near Pensacola Florida just minutes from the Perdido Key. We were able to add small, inexpensive upgrades such as the pool light and LED lights around the tiki bar to make the listing pop off the page and separate from the competition. The property was posted in the dead of the off-season but through a strategic listing we were able to attain 52% occupancy in the first month, 86% occupancy in the second month, and many more bookings for the busy season in a short amount of time. The first month and a half were enough to get the listing to "Superhost" status which has snowballed into bookings for the rest of the year and a very profitable busy season.
Red Drum
Red Drum has been a fantastic luxury style home. Just 7 minutes from the beautiful sugar sands of Johnson Beach. The community has its own pool, tennis courts, life-sized chess, and more. It's in a fantastic location to enjoy both Pensacola and Perdido Key!
Toes in the Sand
We were fortunate enough to meet the owners of Toes in the Sand through a handyman that we work with. The home was getting overlooked, and damages weren't being handled very well by another management company. Since taking over, we have been able to book out the busy season, acquire multiple 5-star reviews, and steadily raise prices to maximize revenue. This has been an excellent addition to our portfolio and we're very grateful!
Barbie Beach House
We took over operations on the Barbie Beach House from another company. The property wasn't being monitored and guests weren't being screened. One guest with the previous management company set up a full sized petting zoo inside the home. Neighbors reported seeing a kangaroo and about 20 children going into the home. In the first month we were able to generate several thousand dollars of profit for the owners.
Peaceful Pool House
Peaceful Pool House is located in Perdido, a beautiful area. Just a 7 minute drive puts you in the sugary sands of Johnson Beach, as well as restaurants and many other activities close by! The owners like that Hammockbnb will monitor the property closely with noise detection devices and screens guests which protects the property from damage as well as helps maintain the family atmosphere of the neighborhood.
Bluey House
Bluey House is right in down town. It is a pet friendly home that comes with bunk beds, a grill, and all the amenities you could need for your trip to Pensacola.
Beach Buzz
Beach Buzz is the home of an active duty Naval Officer who wants to keep the home for rental income, tax breaks, and property appreciation. The home is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood on the west side of Pensacola. It is close to the naval base on when the Blue Angels practice they fly right overhead making for a private show! The house is in a great location in relation to downtown, Johnson Beach, and Pensacola Beach.
Banana Cream Pie
Banana Cream Pie is a very cozy property with a lot of potential that needed to be unlocked. We took over the operations for this home and made several tweaks to the listing, updated the listing photos to show the home in it's best light, and within the first 2 days of going live we received a booking. Listing optimization is crucial for any home. Just adding a few simple things helped Airbnb's algorithm to get more eyes on the property.

Within 2 days of creating the listing and due to our photo strategy we were able to get 2 large booking securing several thousand dollars for the home owner. That's a great way to start!

Spectacular home with an even better location. The home is just a short walk to a private beach. The community pool is refreshing and makes a great place even better. "Pool, Private Beach, Perfect!" was recently acquired from another company due to lack of bookings and improper care for the home. It is such a privilege to be able to work with such beautiful properties.

Suite Magnolia Guest House is attached to the main unit, but separated by 2 brick walls. The small unit is a fantastic budget option for couples or small groups.
Puppy Palace
Puppy Palace was set up with pets in mind. It includes a great spot in the backyard for the pups to run around as well as a relaxing porch swing, and all the amenities needed to enjoy your Pensacola adventure.
Blueberry Bliss
Blueberry Bliss is one of the oldest homes in the Pensacola area. It has been uniquely updated and furnished and is a family favorite for travelers! The blue accents all through the home give an extremely fun beach vibe.
